Short-Term Special Events

This insurance program is uniquely designed for organizers of short-term special events that meet all the following criteria:

  • Total attendance is 12,000 persons or fewer*
  • Maximum number of consecutive event days (not including setup or tear-down) is 10
  • Event is held at a single location (except for weddings, for which coverage can be extended to include the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception as a single event)
  • Event must take place in the U.S.

*Lower premium options for single-day, invitation-only events (1-500 attendees) are available online. Please contact us if your event exceeds 12,000 persons in attendance.
