Health Clubs

This program is uniquely designed for owner-operators of health clubs that offer any of the following programs and services:

• Personal training
• Aerobics
• Yoga/Pilates
• Free weights
• Resistance machines
• Cardio machines
• Any combination of exercise classes for members

Coverage includes important liability protection for the health club, including coverage for its employees, for liability claims that arise from the operations of the health club at a designated location.

In order to apply for and maintain eligibility for this program, health club owner-operators must meet all of the following criteria:

• Owner’s and/or operator’s health club must be based out of the United States
• Owner’s and/or operator’s health club must have an annual gross sales of no more than $500,000

*Coverage does not automatically extend to independent contractors: Policyholders must purchase the “additional options” coverage available through this program using the supplemental form below.
