Exercise & Personal Training Studios

This program is uniquely designed for U.S. owner-operators of exercise studios and/or circuit-training facilities that offer personal/individual training and exercise in scheduled fitness/exercise programs that are under the direct supervision of a fitness professional (e.g., a personal trainer or exercise instructor) or in a structured/sequential order for an individual.

Coverage includes important liability protection for the studio/facility, including coverage for its employees, for liability claims that arise from the operations of the studio/facility at a designated location.

In order to apply for and maintain eligibility for this program, facility/studio owner-operators must meet all of the following criteria:

• Owner’s and/or operator’s exercise studio and/or circuit-training facility must be based out of the United States
• Owner’s and/or operator’s exercise studio and/or circuit-training facility must be no larger than 3,000 square feet of leased or owned space per location.
