Entertainers & Performers

This program is uniquely designed for individual U.S. entertainers and performers who work as independent contractors performing at local fairs, festivals, special events, private parties, conventions, and/or trade show booths.

Coverage includes important liability protection for the entertainer/performer for liability claims that arise from his/her operations.

To qualify for and maintain eligibility under this program, entertainers/performers must meet the following criteria:

• At least 18 years of age
• Annual gross income from performed activities cannot exceed $300,000
