Bands & Performing Groups

This program is uniquely designed for performing groups who work as independent contractors and entertain at events and performances. Coverage includes important protection for the performing group for liability claims that arise from their operations.

To qualify for and maintain eligibility under this program, the performing group must meet all of the following criteria:

• Group includes at least one member or representative who is 18 years of age or older
• Group is be based out of the United States
• Group’s annual gross income from performances and related group activities does not exceed $500,000
• Group includes no more than 30 individual members
