Activity & Social Clubs

This program is designed for U.S. clubs and/or groups that conduct youth or adult non-sport activities. Coverage includes important liability protection for the organization, including coverage for its employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations.

For clubs and/or groups reported to and approved by the Company, “Covered Operations” comprise your scheduled, sanctioned, organized, and supervised member activities that are directly related to the specific common interest/goal for which the club or group was formed.

“Covered Operations” also refers to the following member activities and events under the same premises:

• Meetings
• Registrations
• Parades in which the insured participates
• Picnics
• Banquets
• Ceremonies

*Coverage for activities not directly related to the club’s common interest must be pre-reported to and approved by the Company.
