All medical and most other visits at Olin and in the Neighborhood Clinics are by appointment. You can reach us by mail, phone, email, and through “MyHealth,” the secure online messaging system. You can also tell us about your comments, suggestions or concerns.

Health Center Hours
Olin Health Center is open year-round. During the winter and spring breaks, and during the summer, the Neighborhood Clinics are closed. Please see the website for information about Neighborhood Clinics.
Fall and Spring Semesters
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pharmacy 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Summer Semester, Winter & Spring Breaks
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

How to search for an
in-network provider
This plan uses the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) provider network.
To find a provider, click on the link below. Contact the provider prior to your visit to confirm their membership in the network.
Claims
Get your medical bills paid
In most cases, the provider will submit the claim for you.
If you are required to pay for services up front, you will need to complete a claim form in order to be reimbursed by the insurance company.
