It is best to locate a doctor, urgent care center, and emergency room near you before you get sick.

To find a PPO provider, call (800) 441-2668 or visit the Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) (link below).

1. Enter your Address, City, Zip.
2. Select Doctor by Type, Doctor by Name or Health Facilities.
3. If you do not have your Login Information, Continue as guest.
4. Select Continue.
5. Select Open Access Plus, Open Access Plus Tiered.
6. Select a provider from the list.

Always check with the doctor or medical facility directly to confirm that they accept Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) before you receive treatment.

Pharmacy benefits are managed by Express Scripts. Express Scripts pharmacies include CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. Please see the Express Scripts website (link below) to find a pharmacy near you, or call (800) 835-3784.

To fill a prescription, visit any Express Scripts pharmacy and pay the copay. If you visit a non-network provider, you will need to pay for the prescription in full and then submit a claim for reimbursement.
